Key Survey Multi User Solutions are available for large organizations that may operate worldwide and want to incorporate survey feedback into their business practices. You can integrate Key Survey with your other IT systems in order to exchange data.
Using Key Survey, you can capture survey data, analyse it and share results with customers and employees for maximum effect. At the same time, you keep full control of your information, ensuring it is secure and only available to authorised users.
Multi-user editions are available as workgroup solutions at department level or as enterprise solutions that integrate with every aspect of your business, including legacy systems. Features include:
- Full control over the appearance of surveys and reports, with the ability to hide or show certain data.
- Mixed deployment options enabling data to be collected online or offline. Information can be gathered through a computer, mobile phone, PDA or by printed paper surveys.
- Full interoperability with existing systems so that data can be transferred from them and used to update your databases. Connectivity is assured through a library of APIs, available with the Enterprise edition, that handles an increasing number of applications.
- Future proofing through being able to upgrade your Key Survey edition and the Enterprise edition having the capacity to handle unlimited numbers of users, surveys and respondents on Key Survey's hosted servers or your own company network.
- Control over the application and data through account read and write privileges plus LDAP compliance so that new accounts can be opened using established company authentication.
