Control and access levels

We designed Key Survey Enterprise solution to meet the administration challenges of the large enterprise while retaining the renowned user-friendly interface. In addition, Key Survey Enterprise delivers the power of workflow with workgroups where you define user roles and assign permissions for certain functions and access levels. Best of all, you have the power to decide how Key Survey is hosted. Whether it's as a web-hosted solution or on your own internal servers, Key Survey's dynamic controls permit you to have the ultimate say in the way you control user management.

Overall, Key Survey users are categorized into 4 groups.

Application administrator

An administrator account is used to control the settings of the application and all its accounts. The Key Survey Enterprise administrator can also manage and control password properties, such as expiration dates, password length, password complexity, account expiration, and lockout settings.

Multi-user administrator and sub-accounts

This access level gives you a master account (multi-user administrator) that controls a number of associated sub-accounts. With a multi-user license, you'll get the following administrative features:

• Creation and administration of sub-user accounts: adding
  sub-users, control over the number of credits available to
  sub-users, suspending sub-users' accounts
• Access to reports on sub-users' surveys: administrator can create a report on any survey from any sub-user account and then view it
• The surveys created on your master account can be available to sub-users as templates
• The surveys designed on any of the sub-accounts can be copied to your Master account and thus be made available to other sub-users as template

Multi-access account and different logins

With a multi-access account, you can configure access for different users by granting various permissions such as read, edit, delete, launch, and publish. You can grant privileges on the individual or on the group level.

User

The user has access to an account with right and feature sets specified by the subscription type (for Professional) or pre-set according to client needs (for Workgroup and Enterprise solutions).
